Dress on the Colors

This is an early playtest draft of Dress on the Colors. The core design goal was to eliminate ratio-chart lookups and IGOUGO downtime.

It features a dynamic "Staff Pip" command economy, physical stand removal (1 base = 1 inch), and 5 Defensive Reactions that keep the non-active player constantly engaged. I'd love your rigorous feedback on the mechanics and clarity!
