Key Combat Elements
- The Shield Wall: Locked shields turn a squad into an impenetrable barrier, but leaves flanks vulnerable to flanking axe-throwers.
- Favor of the Gods: Earn Odin’s favor through heroic single-combat or sacrifice tokens to re-roll crucial combat dice.
- Raid & Pillaging Scenarios: Defend the village bell tower, burn enemy longboats, or escape through a raging winter blizzard with the lord’s treasury.
